How can I change the logo of Shopify to the logo of my website?
I did all the steps you said.
It didn’t change the Google search logo.

This is Theodore from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.
This logo will be visible on Google Search Page once you add the favicon to your Store.
Please follow this step to add the favicon
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
Click Theme settings.
Depending on your theme version, click Logo or Favicon.
In the Favicon image area, click Select image, and then do one of the following:
To select an image that you have already uploaded to your Shopify admin, click the Library tab.
To select an image from your local computer, click the Library tab, and then click Upload.
Add alt text to your favicon image:
Click Edit.
In the Edit image window, enter a brief description of the image.
Click Save.

You must upload your store’s favicon in Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Logo to change that image
It’s takes time @lianmagic for google to reindex your page, submit your store again to google search console and wait for 3 days to week to see
