When I googled seached for my store, I noticed there was the shopify icon/thumbnail before my URL. How do I replace that with my own logo? Thanks!

That looks like the favicon of your store. You can update your theme’s setting to include a favicon that will update in both browser tabs and search engines as seen here:
If you follow our guide on adding a favicon to your store here, that should do the trick.
