How do I raise a ticket with Shopify?
The support@shopify.com doesn’t accept incoming messages now.

You need to open a support ticket in help center https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/login
Click in Support > Contact Support > Login to your store.
First, they will ask you to find a document but don’t worry there will be a Chat with us button afterward. You can compose your refund request in the form then Chat with SHopify support.
