I have 4 stores that are completely inactive and never paid. How can I remove them?

Deleting a store cannot be done within the admin, so we’re here to assist you with this request. As the process involves handling sensitive information, we want to ensure the proper handling of your data. While we don’t currently have the ability to securely access accounts in the Shopify Community and perform the deletion ourselves, our dedicated support team has the necessary capabilities and will be happy to assist you in deleting your inactive stores. To create a support ticket, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit our Help Center.
- Chat with the AI assistant and enter “account concern.”
- Click Chat with a Support Advisor as shown on this screenshot.
