I now understand you are based in Australia. I’ve looked into the Sendle integration and I can confirm that Sendle does not support PO Boxes, which is mentioned in our guide for Sendle’s shipping address eligibility. It’s also worth mentioning that there are different locations for domestic and international pickups, which means you can be eligible for one but that doesn’t mean you’re eligible for the other. You can see their domestic pickup coverage here and international pickup coverage here.
That being said, I understand you’d like to hide your street address when booking via Shopify Shipping. This has now been logged as a feature request with the Shopify team and should it become available in the future we’ll be sure to update our merchants.
