If you’re a store that uses one of our free themes made by Shopify, and are on a paid active plan, then you’ll automatically be eligible to use up to 60 minutes of complimentary design time. It’s important to note however that our team will normally only be able to support minor changes to your theme, but we also assess different customization eligibilities on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to review our Shopify Design Policy for a more detailed list of our supported customizations! You can also check this list for specific customizations that our team can support for the Brooklyn theme.
If you have other aspects of the Brooklyn theme that you’d like to customize, but isn’t on the list, you can reach out to our Support Team here so that we can assess if your request will be supportable by our Design Team.
