I had shopify experts create a new template for me but one thing was missing from the default template which I would like to have i.e Brand name to appear above Product title.

Could you please share your store URL or the page link ( with a pass if your store password is enabled ). I think I can give you the right solution.
Go to product page and enable vendor option. Add your company name as a vendor.
