How to continue from the “infinite submit” button to verify my business? It is my final step towards accepting payments and I find it frustrating as my info is correct without expressing to much detail. Has anyone experienced this issue? I go to submit tax details and cannot proceed past this point. I chose my business type and added my social so I’m perplexed as to what I’m doing incorrectly. My account has been on hold for weeks. IN that time I have used different browsers and tried the app. This may seem hard to prove so I provided screenshots as I replicated the issue below:
I am having the exact same issue. The submit button spins, returns to saying submit, but does nothing.

I understand that you’re both running into an issue with submitting documents for business verification. While I wasn’t able to open the attachment or see the screenshots, I also didn’t have any luck finding other similar reports on this issue. That being said, I’d recommend reviewing the personal information requirements for Shopify Payments and our accepted document types to see if they can help resolve this issue.
