Hey i just got my first order today on my shopify store and i want to get tracking sorted for my first customer i have fulfilled the order but my question is how do i get the tracking number from dsers/aliexpress is it automatic or do i have to go and get it somehow if it is automatic how do i set it up please let me know as soon as possible many thanks

I believe that the DSers app will pull the tracking number automatically (according to their FAQ here). However, this feature might only be available if you’re on one of their paid plans.
If you don’t have access to the automatic tracking feature, you can add the tracking number manually.

You can use DSers or other popular dropshipping apps like Dropshipman (which is free to use) to populate the tracking number you need after syncing your store order to their system and completing the payment. When the order is shipped, you’ll find the tracking number appear in the order details.
