My domain was working fine. I tried going to my domain website and it says:
“this site can’t be reached.
I go to the domain section in my admin and it says:
”your domain, Sellums.com, is not yet connected
this connection of Sellums.com is not yet verified. Come back later to retry verification”.
I double checked to make sure everything is connected through my domains host website and all the information is correct. I don’t know how to re-verify my account so I can get my business back up and running. This is extremely frustrating.

Are you able to provide a timeline of when the domain stopped working as expected? Could you also advise if you’re seeing an Action Required error message in your Shopify admin?
I was able to use a tool to search the DNS records for the domain sellums.com. It appears that your
domain does not point to Shopify. The A records is not valid. The domain has an A Record pointing to 35.186.223.180. The domain’s A Record should point to Shopify’s IP address which is 23.227.38.65. I also noticed that the domain may be expired.
