so I had a new store built for me and i dont know what im doing wrong.. when watching the videos i though i was doing things right but turns out i ended up kicking myself off my own store without taking off the people who developed the store for me. when i am on my account it says everything is me.. im the account holder and everything.. i really dont know what i am doing considering i am new to this but i need some desperate help

To confirm, did you accidentally remove your account from your Shopify store? So you no longer have access to it, correct?
If this is the case, and if the developer who built your store is currently listed as the account owner of your store, you can get them to create a new staff account for you. From there, and once your staff account is fully set up, they can then transfer the store ownership from their account to yours, by following this guide.
