Hello,
We have a small blue “FB Ask Advice” button that appears below the “Add to Cart” button on most product pages. The button is useless and leads to FB branded error message. Strangely it doesn’t
seem to appear when the product page is reached via a collection, only when through a direct product link or search.
I did find one thread that referenced the “Messenger” app/sales channel. That doesn’t seem to currently apply here, although I can’t say whether it ever did (more than 2 years ago).
Can anyone walk me through how to permanently remove this button from our site?
