Please help me, I have tried to remove many pop ups from this website but in no way I have been able to remove the pop ups from my store. I want to sell my products again but this is not possible due to this pop up. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me please, My sincere request to you please check out my pop up How can I get a solution from this?
Has this app been added to your store from the official Shopify App Store? If so, I would advise reaching out to our live support team here via phone, chat or email. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
The Support Advisor you connect with will be able to reach out to the app developer on your behalf, and they can then request for the developer to remove every trace of code the app has left behind on your store. Hopefully, this will resolve your issue.
