How do I set up additional emails in the Shopify email app welcome flow?

I’m setting up a welcome flow in Shopify email app but the pre-build flow only has one email and I have no idea what conditions to add for the second and third emails. I need it urgently.

That’s a great question. It seems as though you want to set up a drip email campaign, so one email is sent as the welcome email, then a second and third based on conditions met by a user, is that right?

What you would want to do is create another email campaign using Shopify Email. Then, you would run that campaign to the segmented audience you’ve created. The segmented audience would meet the conditions to receive the second email. You can learn more about segmenting your audiences here.
