How do I set up two different forms on two separate pages?

Hi, I am having issues with posting two custom forms to my site. I have two different forms that need to be posted to two different pages. Every time I add the form to its correct page Shopify changes the form on the other page. For example, Page 1 has Form 1, when I go to add Form 2 to Page 2, Page 1 form also changes to Form 2.

We are on a bit of a time constraint here so any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

I got this resolved. I needed to make sure the theme for the two separate pages were labeled differently. So for those that might be having the issue, go to the theme editor and make sure the page isnt set as “Default”. You need to create a new theme and then assign it to each individual page
