I’m having trouble updating my banking information. I recently had a payment that was returned due to entering the incorrect routing or account number. I am now trying to update my bank information to my new bank account and I’m getting an error message stating Old account must match the information we have on file. Contact support if you need further help. . Not sure on how to proceed
