Hey,
currently working with a b2b e-commerce client where we display an ex and inclusive VAT price - how do I ensure the lowest price displays on our Google shopping ads?
if we disconnect our GMF from Shopify will be lose our products in GMF until we manually upload them? We do not want to risk any downtime for ads. Please advise.
You are not allowed to show prices ex vat, for Google Shopping. All prices must be inc vat.

And also make sure the first price you see on the product landing page, is the vat inc price.
Thanks for getting back to me.
Our client has competitors in the UK who are showing the ex VAT price in google ads. See attached. What would be our work around? As you can imagine it’s impacting our click through rate.
If the price in the feed, does not match the price on the landing page, you can report them here: https://support.google.com/ads/contact/vio_other_aw_policy
Regarding work around, sorry, but that is not something I help with. I avoid at all cost getting my clients suspended. I only provide advise that follows Google’s policies.
Just keep on reporting them, and they will eventually disappear after a couple of months. (Assuming ex vat is not what they charge on the landing page)
The rule is, the price in the ads, must match the price on the landing page and in the checkout and what the consumer pays.
Thanks for your advice. I guess this is why I can’t find a solution from Google themselves.
Would this still be frowned upon as we show the ex and inc VAT price in the site - as do our competitors.

The first link, shows the price inc vat first. That is correct.
The second link no, the inc vat price, needs to be first.
