First order do we fulfill the order after it clears through Shopify pay? Because the order is paid but pending in Shopify pay

It is totally up to you when you would like to fulfill the order. Once the order clears through Shopify Payments and becomes an order, you can fulfill the order. If you prefer to wait to fulfill the order until you have received the payout, you can do that as well.
