You can definitely open more than one Shopify store using the same email credentials, but each store does have a separate account and would be accessed through a different admin. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated with the same email address, you can navigate between them once logged into your Shopify admin.

I’ve cross an article that You can’t have multiple Shopify stores under one account, but Shopify permits and supports owning multiple accounts as needed to operate multiple stores. You need to set up accounts for each new store, managing inventory for each through their own Shopify accounts. (https://webpop.io/shopify/multiple-stores/)
You can verify with shopify support too . btw, I also suggest to check solutions that helps you with store management and eventually gain customer satisfaction and able to sell more.

My question is could I add another Email for example let’s say there all under my personal email and when customers contact me I don’t want them to see my personal email due to it having my personal information. could I put another email for customer service?

Your customers will not see your account owner email. They will only see your sender email address. The sender email is your customer-facing email address. This is the email address that is displayed in the From field when your customers receive automatic notification emails, order confirmation emails, and any marketing emails sent from Shopify. To change your sender email you can follow the steps below.

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.

Click Store details.

In the Contact information section, click Edit.

Change your email address under Sender email.

Click Save.

I can’t seem to find out how to add my 3 stores under the same email address. I don’t even see the option. I need 3 of my stores added under bohemiangrove2020@gmail.com

To have all your stores on the same email login, you must change the Account owner’s email to the same email on all three stores. Then you will be able to toggle between the three quickly whenever needed.

I have tried updating the emails from the two stores to bohemiangrove2020@gmail.com but all it comes back saying is that the email is already taken?

This answered half of my question. I’m having trouble finding out how much I’d have to pay according to my plan. So to avoid the fine print and just get a straight answer.. is there any way you might be able to just give an example of cost per plan and say adding 1-2 more stores? I currently have 1 eComm (online) only clothing and art store; and am currently paying $39/mo. What might it be? Ballpark is fine.

If you sign up for our basic plan it is $39 USD/month or $348 USD/annually. For each store you open you must select a plan and pay that as well, so it would be $39 USD/ month for each plan.
