I am in the process of moving my store to Shopify and have installed the app “Variant Custom Product Options” because I have a personalisation wall art business that requires customers to upload photos (some products can require up to 20 images).
I saw that the maximum storage for Shopify is 1Gb which doesn’t seem like much if I have customers uploading images.

All Shopify plans include:
Unlimited products: You are not restricted on the number of products you can sell in your Shopify store.
Unlimited bandwidth and online storage: You will not be charged based on how many online visitors go through your store or how many files or photos you upload.
Unlimited subdirectories: Subdirectories can be used for sorting products within collections or blog posts. You have the ability to add an unlimited number of subdirectories within your Shopify store.
Uploading and managing files
You can upload, manage, and delete files from the Files page in your Shopify admin.
Files on the Files page include the following:
Images used in your theme
Images used in blog posts and pages
Images used in your product and collection descriptions
Files that you want to make available for customers to download
There is a limit to file size, but not the total limit.
