The gift product should be automatically published when the coupon code is entered in the checkout. I noticed that Shopify doesn't allow this, do you know any apps that could fix this? I would like to suggest to you our iCart Upsell app (with 60 Days Free Trial - BFCM offer) that will help you offer “Free gift with purchase”. The gift will be automatically added to the cart when the customer reaches the maximum purchase amount.
