how to add a quantity button to pursuit theme

Hey,

I would like to create a Quantity selector button that should look like this. It should increase and decrease with +/- buttons, and also the customer should be able to write the qnty themselves if they want. The button should most importantly appear in my product-list page, right over the ‘add to cart’ button.

I’m using Pursuit as my theme. Any suggestions for this?

This can be hardcoded without using an App with the help of a developer at reasonable cost.
