I would like to add more than 3 variants to a particular product, however this is not possible with the current setup of Shopify variants. There is currently a limit of 3 variants, but I would like 5.
Does anyone have a code that I can insert in my theme, that can help with this? Or can I change something in the settings in any way? I wouldn’t want an app, as these always cause problems and look different from Shopify’s design.
See the image in the bottom of the post, where I cannot add more variants. (Note: the “add variant” on the top right only allows me to add variants to the 3 variants already added - not new ones).
To add more than 3 variants to a product in Shopify, you’ll need to use an app because Shopify’s default limit for options per product is 3. You can increase this limit by following Apps:

Currently it’s not possible but Shopify is working on 2000 variant list then may be they provide to create more, till then you can refer the below video of linkable product variants using which you can create any number of variants to your site.
