How to add Paypal Pay in 4 to my Australian website?

Hey

I only sell in Australia and noticed some Shopify AU stores have paypal pay in 4 activated but I can seem to even find how to activate this on my shopify store?

No articles, not even PayPal willing to help me and they sent me back to Shopify…

Australia is confirmed to have Paypal pay in 4.

I also sell in Australia also and I have PayPal integrated with my Shopify store already and it is working perfectly though. What could be the issue wrong with yours? - Confirm that your PayPal business account is eligible for Pay in 4. Even though Pay in 4 is available in Australia, not all merchants automatically qualify for this feature. It’s possible that your PayPal account might need to meet specific criteria.

thanks for the reply, but how did you set pay in 4 in shopify? Did you contact paypal first? was it in shopify first?

Is your PayPal account a business account or personal account? Make sure your PayPal Business account is set up correctly for Australia, as PayPal Pay in 4 is only available for business accounts. If you’re using a personal account, you’ll need to upgrade it to a business account.

Yes, it’s business also PayPal chat said this to me “I really appreciate your time and effort in reaching out to us. Your account is all set to use pay in 4, but if you’re referring to offering pay in 4 to your customer, you may want to contact us directly for further clarification regarding the matter. you can reach us through 02-8223-9500, our calling hours is 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday.”

So I don’t understand, why I don’t have it or can’t seem to find a way to implement it through shopify settings!?
