I’m mostly a tech invalid but have managed to put together a couple of working Shopify stores in the past with much trial and error. I’m building a new site using the “Refresh” theme and am pleased with how it’s turning out but am struggling with one aspect. Refresh comes with a slideshow on the homepage and products page but not on the pages I add. I would like the slideshow to be on my about us and research pages as well. I’ve watched a few youtube videos and searched this forum and others and could not find an answer. The youtube vids all suggested hitting the action button, edit code button, and then “add new template.” The issue is once I do that what happens in the video does not happen on my screen. Instead of a whole series of code being there and just needing to add one line of code, there is no code at all there and I don’t know where to go from there.
Does anyone know how to add a slideshow to the pages in the Refresh theme? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. If it is just a matter of adding code to the page once I add a new template, help with the specifics of that code would be very helpful!
