I use the Refresh Theme for my store but when i try to change the image of the slideshow at toe top of my main page they wont load.

I would like to give you the suggestion below:
- At Theme > Customize > Homepage > Slideshow, you can change the image of the slide at the homepage:
- Make sure you have already downloaded all the images from the Slide from beginning to end and click Save:
- The image is displayed on home page:

sadly this did not fixed my problem.
When I added a Picture my Slides still look like this:

You just need to upload photos to the first slide, and Slideshow will display the following:
