Tring adding a conditional class to that variant. Then using CSS you can style the appearance for the variants that went out of stock.

I have a similar issue. I’m using the ‘Banjo’ theme, and I would like for my out-of-stock products to be either greyed out or strikethrough but still visible. This is the URL to my page https://mrgrita.mx/

Were you able to get any help with this? I’m wanting to do the same, I was talking to someone on here but then they just stopped replying.
I’m finding that its really hard to get help for Shopify issues and that’s very disappointing.
