Hi, if possible to add text section at checkout?
I use Dawn theme. I’d like to add some words to clarify shipping fee.

When it comes to customizing the checkout, your options are limited as the checkout.liquid file is only accessible on the Shopify Plus plan.
For what you’re looking to do, it sound like the best option would be to include your explanation in the name of the shipping rate that you wanted to clarify.
It is done in Settings > Shipping and Delivery, by editing your rate here:
Let me know if this doesn’t suit and I will see if there is anything else we can come up with for this!
Also, please do tell me a little bit more about your products and store - maybe if you could give me some context on what exactly you need to clarify with that shipping rate, I could give some more advice here.

Actually I have edited shipping rate as is, just the character is limited within 128, but I want to add more contents because my shipping rate is a bit complicated for international shipping…
If possible to extend character limit by editing code?
