I want to add the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other links to the footer. I found a video showing how to do it but when I go to the settings of the footer, I do not have any button to click saying show policy links. (See below picture 1) I have all the links on the footer menu (see picture two) but I would like them to show the same way you see them on picture 3.

I depends on what theme you are using. Some themes have this policy links feature. It seems like you are not using the free theme from Shopify, You will need a developer to add the code to your theme. You can contact me for a quote

go to settings > policies
then all you policies and go to theme setting in costimizer, go to footer , i hope you will find the option to sho policies in bottom of footer
