Hello, I developed a custom product page template with some extra options like “Make It Special”, “Card Message”
But the template is working only product page, How can I shiow the custom product template in homepage featured product? It’s showing default template now

Have you tried to using original Featured product section of Shopify instead of featured product of Pagefly
Template settings do not extend to other sections elsewhere in a theme.
If the section of concern itself doesn’t have similar customization options to match what you did in the product-template then you would need advanced customizations to do that.
If this is a one-off design you could try copying the source HTML from the product-page into a custom-liqud block bearing in mind this may not work because of missing things like CSS or javascript. Really depends on the theme and how the changes you’ve done work.
