Does anyone have experience of applying EMV 3DS through a Shopify channel. We are told to contact shopify directly rather than use a third party such as cardinal.
This is needed as we look to use cybersource as our payment gateway as opposed to the current sagepay.
Any advice is appreciated.

With this type of issue, the best bet is to get in touch with the Support team directly to have them check it for you.
If you want to reach out to the support team directly, you could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar and select Search.
On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
