We have been at the same point with our shop a few years ago. Back then we decided to develop an app specifically for this purpose. And as we were at it we wanted to do it right. And so Kindly came out to be a really helpful app that covers the most important features:

  • Amount of reminders

  • Custom schedule (Trigger: Order receipt, payment due or invoice sent)

  • Choose to exclude orders for follow-up

  • Cancel orders after unsuccessful follow-ups

  • Dashboard with all pending orders

  • Custom email branding

  • and more…

Once it’s set up, it just works in the background and saves you the whole back-and-forth of manual chasing.

  • If you’re on Shopify/Advanced/Plus use Shopify Flow to send repeated reminders every X days. If Flow isn’t available apps can automate multiple follow-ups on a schedule.
