Shopify provide a solution for bulk upload product via uploading a csv file. But I don’t see any documentation or solution how to mass upload Digital Download File to the Shopify servers and then link them to their corresponding product.

This is a “mission critical feature” for me. I might just abondon the Shopify solution if I can’t solve this.

Anyone ever find a solution to this?
I just went into my CSV file and updated a variant text and it removed all the digital attachments to that variant. I got 1500 products and I need a fast fix for this. I imported the backup database, no luck . The attachments are all missing.

A tech suggested to delete and re-install the digital downloads app, but it’s a risky task. If i lose all the other variants, im screwed. It would take months to find and link all the product downloads again.

Any suggestions?

I as well am stuck in a digital downloads situation where I must bulk delete all .txt files from all products, however their chat bot says you have to go product by product manually. Anyone have a solution to bulk add or delete from the Digital Downloads app? I hope Shopify is paying attention to this critically missing feature.
