The default product page in Turbo portland theme has the description running down the right side. If I go to Online Store > Theme > Customize > Product > Default product, I can’t figure out any way to edit it so the description is centered down the middle. See this screenshot. I’d love for my product page descriptions to look like that, centered and with good margins on each side, so they look less awkward on desktop.

Please go to Online Store > Theme > Actions > Edit code, find style.css at line 3081 and add text-align: center

You can change the description position by making changes to the code in the theme file and adding some CSS to your theme.
If you are not good at coding then I will recommend you to hire a Shopify developer, They’ll help you with solving your issue.
Hi, thanks for that specific instruction! However, it didn’t actually move all the product description into the center of the page. It just centered the text of the product description within the space it was already in.
I’m looking for this (centered in the product description section, just with text left-aligned), do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
