How To Change The Name Of the Size Variant?

I am using the Symmetry theme and I’d like to retitle the “Size” variant to read “Fit: True to size—designed with high compression for a snug fit.” However, when I change the Option Name, nothing changes. Moreover, whenever I try to retitle the Option Name to start with “Fit” instead of “Size,” the size guide entirely disappears.

How do I change it?

You can do this using custom js

First get the option and replace the text with what you want using js.
