What is the best way to reach Shopify’s Customer Service?

I want to assure you that Shopify offers 24/7 support through both chat and email as well as the option to schedule a callback as long as the wait times are not too high.

If it is account specific you will be better to reach out to our live channels, but general questions can easily be answered in our forums if you prefer.
To contact our live support please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for your issue and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options. If you open a related help document and use the contact support at the bottom of the help doc, that will start the support process over again.
