Who do I contact for live shipping support on my site?

I need to receive support from a live person. I am having a few major issues with my site. I have searched and searched online for the answers and can’t find anyone. I pay a monthly fee for my site, I expect to be able to ask a question occasionally. Please tell me how I can speak to someone at Shopifiy. I used to be able to call support and the people were wonderful and so helpful.
