So far it’s been a difficult experience with Shopify.
There is no way to submit a ticket or speak with a human rep on live chat, not call to support reps, it seems?
All I get redirected is either knowledge base (that is not helping to resolve my store’s issues) or this community (which I assume might not always be able to help, as I see thousands of unanswered questions, and I am yet to get responce to mine).
How does one invest thousands of dollars in the store that relies on the solution with no phone or email support?

@boduffy is correct with the steps they’ve outlined for you! Shopify does offer live support for merchants, but you must contact us directly through our Help Portal in order for us to authenticate you, and provide you with the best support that we can!
Once you’ve clicked that link, you’ll be asked to login to your store. You can log in, or select the ‘I don’t have an account’ wording that appears if you’re having troubles logging in. Afterwards, you’ll see some prompts that you can select. I always recommend that folks select ‘Accounts’ for their first prompt, and then ‘Logging in’ for the second. This always generates contact options for you.
Once you’ve selected that 2nd option, you can scroll down the page and you’ll see options similar to what @boduffy shared in their screenshot. Our Callback Request option appears based on our call volumes, but it may not be present, but the other options will be!
Feel free to give the outlined steps a try so we can jump in and provide you with some support. We’d also be able to help you out here in the Forums! Our only limitation here is that we can’t authenticate folks in the Community, so if it’s something requiring that, we can pivot you back to the Live Help Portal if needed.

Since the original posting of this thread, the process to reach out to our Support Team has changed with the introduction of our updated Help Center. You can use this link to access it.
In order to chat with one of our advisors, you’ll need to get through our AI Chat Assistant. Make sure that you type in your reason for reaching out to Support to the AI Assistant, and they’ll guide you along with next steps.
