Is it just me or is it impossible to get someone to help from this website? I am really not thrilled with this at all. If anyone has an email that would be fantastic. As big of a company, they really should have a Live Chat.
I too would like to speak with a person at Shopify to help answer my questions. How do I speak with someone? What is this 24/7 help that I do not receive?

Nope! I have tried this. Every I try and chat it goes back to asking me pick a store even though I am already logged in. Then it redirects me to the community questions again. I need to speak to a person. How do I make this happen?

Once you are on the community questions page, type in the issue you require help with, and then click search. Scroll right to the bottom and you should see “Get Support” followed by a green Continue button:
Once you have clicked this button you will be redirected to the support channel options:
If you are having further trouble I suggest trying a different browser or clearing your cache. When you use a browser, like Google Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
