How to correct inaccurate shipping rates on Shopify?

How do I fix the different rates in shipping? They are never accurate in Shopify?

I ship a product from Canada via Canada Post. It’s only a 4X4X4 box and only 0.12kg in weight. I’ve set up my markets, shipping services and packages. Yet Shopify won’t even allow for basic shipping (regular parcel) despite it being a service provided through Canada Post. When I place all the same information into my business account on Canada post the rate is offered.

And to boot, all the shipping rates actually offered in Shopify are more expensive. Ex. Expedited shipping to one location in Toronto is regular $16, with my business account it’s about $14.60, on Shopify… $18?

Pretty frustrating that my customers are being charged more than needed, which affects my sales. How do I fix this or work around it.
