How to correct sideways product images in my online store?

Hello! When opening my Shopify store this morning, suddenly all product pictures are turned sideways. How do I fix that? I have

I reviewed your site and can also confirm that all of the product photos and home page media are not turned sideways. Feel free to provide screenshots and more information about your device/browser and we can take a closer look.

You can also try a few additional local troubleshooting steps here to rule out a local issue:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues.
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)

I have some on my site also that when I view them they are sideways! I went in and changed them to upright but when I view them on my end on the web they are sideways still. Is this just something on my end - maybe I need to clear my browser? Just started happening this weekend.

My suggestion would be to try a few local troubleshooting steps like clearing your browser, using a different browser, and trying on a different device to see if this issue persists.
