Today on search console I noticed a new collection with a ton of backlinks…
I cannot locate the collection on my backend and also cannot locate it on my apps. I assume it was injected by a corrupt app. Anyone else experience this before?

This same thing happened to me! And this is what mine had:
What apps do you use? Maybe we can pinpoint which one is connected to it
The only one I could think of that would have access to my collections would be “Power tools suite”
I don’t have this app…were you able to figure it out?

Can you send me a private message the apps you use so perhaps we can narrow it down or post them here if that is ok? Shopify has yet to figure this out.
@Shopify_77 Can someone PLEASE help us with this as it is malware. Chat agents have been unable to pinpoint where it may be coming from. As it is a collection, I would hope you would be able to delete it from your end perhaps?? THANK YOU!! @ITQG @tracer88
I just sent you a screenshot of the apps I use.
Just sent mine over. As a heads up, I contacted Shopify they told me my page was secure and they weren’t seeing that collection
If you take that string and search Google, a TON of Shopify stores have the spam collection so something is going on. @Shopify_77 may want to check their servers, just saying.

I am having this issue as well.
This is a larger issue than is known as there are numerous sites with the same link. Their is either a compromised server or app that has injected this collection on a file that the average user cannot locate. @Shopify_77 this needs to be resolved for the safety and security of the community. @KetanKumar have you ever dealt with this issue with your clients?
Hi everyone! I have the same issue, and Shopify customer service didn’t really help. Does anyone have a solution yet?
Three weeks ago I was speaking with a very nice agent and she literally looked at everything on my dashboard and could not locate it. She escalated it to the engineering team as she thought an app may be corrupt and I never heard back from them. I think this is a large scale problem at this point as I have seen numerous sites that have the same link and they are all on the @Shopify_77 platform.
I m having the same problem its a page on my site ? any one knows wtf is going on yet. Sales and traffic have been tanking past few month.
Yup…I have notified @Shopify_77 so many times with no resolution. I urge everyone that has a problem to open a ticket and mention all of our sites. This has to get resolved ASAP!

I just created another ticket with Shopify. I would encourage you all to notify support and give them the URL for this ticket as I did.
