How to disable lazy loading on single section in Dawn theme 5.0

I am having trouble figuring out how to disable lazy loading on a single section on my home page. I use multiple featured collection sections on my landing page and I want just the first one not to lazy load. Can anyone help with this?

Can you point us to where you would make this change from 0 to 1?
