Hello all, we uploaded A LOT of listings with VIDEO with the hopes we could just toggle off the video sound from the backend. Our mistake. Our goal is to be able to have all the sound muted and disabled from all videos.
I’ve looked this up in a few different places without avail. The two examples mentioned in other discussion threads in the Shopify Community were for specific themes. When I investigated deeper, our Symmetry Theme from Clear Canvas did not have the same setup; as I attempted to puzzle through our files that looked similar or could be equivalent to suggestions made in other posts without success. I’ve contacted the theme without response. Is there anyone that could perhaps point us in the right direction with how to go about editing our source code to be able to Mute All the product videos and NOT any other videos that we might post on the blog portion or other content on our website?
