I have been trying to enable reCAPTCHA filters to stop the hundreds of spam emails I get per day but no matter what I do (enable the setting within shopify or add an app to my store) there is no reCAPTCHA appearing on my contact form.
Can anyone assist please?
It could be related to the theme you are using. If it’s a 3rd party theme, it may not be honouring any captcha or posting the form differently. If that’s the case, you can either look to get it correctly implemented or use form app that has captcha.
If its an official standard Shopify theme like Debut, it should be working so reach out to Shopify support.
