How to find Paymentwall integration and test details?

I am going to implement Paymentwall into my shop for extra payment options. But i dont understand the last step. For the Intergrate & Test i need these 3 things: Payment widget link, Test login & Test password.

Where can I find these 3 things?

Kind regards

Hey @Hermanoo ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some guidance with setting up a third-party payment provider to the shop, to get this resolved. I recommend checking out our Configuring Third-Party Payment Providers helpdoc for steps on how to activate Paymentwall to the shop as a credit card provider. It outlines however:

  • From the Shopify admin, head to Settings > Payments.

  • Do one of the following:

    • If you have Shopify Payments enabled:
      • In the Shopify payments section, click Manage.
      • At the bottom of the page, click Switch to a third-party provider, and then click Switch to a third-party provider again to confirm.
    • If you don’t have Shopify Payments enabled, then in the Shopify payments section, click See all other providers.
    • If Shopify Payments isn’t available in your country, then in the Payment providers section, click Choose a provider.
  • Select the provider that you want to use from the list (i.e Paymentwall).

  • Enter your account credentials for the provider that you selected.

  • Click Activate.

  • Click Save

Once the third-party payment provider has been successfully added, you can contact Paymentwall directly for guidance on how to place test orders on the shop.

For a full list of third-party payment providers available in your region, I recommend checking out our list of Online Payment Gateways!

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey @Hermanoo ,

Thank you for the prompt response! After taking a closer look into the error, I would recommend contacting Paymentwall directly for further assistance. As this is a third-party provider, it would fall outside of our scope of support. You can however, try a few troubleshooting steps outlined below to see if this resolves:

  • Attempt to Disconnecting and Reconnecting the payment gateway.
  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Try accessing from an Incognito Tab or Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Try Another Device.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns!
