How to fix image issues between Facebook Shop and Shopify?

Hello,

We have a problem with the images of our products on our Facebook shop.

For example, we have a sofa with 2 variants, the red one has the proper image, but the blue one doesn’t. For some reason, the main image used by Facebook to show our sofas is the image of the blue sofa, that shows our store logo.

How is that image chosen? Is it related to the content ID?

Facebook mentions that we shouldn’t edit manually the products on Facebook, because with Shopify’s updates of the catalogue, they will be overwritten. How can we edit this from Shopify?

Hi Floriane,

You aren’t the only one, I have the same problem and even worse. Just one of all the images from my products is uploaded, and then, as you can see, you can set up your products, so that you can target better your costumers. But every time I set up this thing, it is not saved, i refresh the page and everyhing is just lost. And I don’t know why still I can’t advertise my products.

It is in spanish, but as you can see, it is not possible to put ads of my products, it keeps loading and loading and nothing happens. Somebody help uss!!!
