Hey, @keeni ! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I visited both of your domains and they appear to be working fine now, so I presume the issue has been resolved. Do consider sharing your solution here to help the members of our community who run into the same issue. We would appreciate any insight! I’ll share a general troubleshooting guide below in the meantime, in case this is different from the solution you found.

When domains present any issues, the first thing worth checking is their DNS settings. There are specific DNS records a domain should have in order for it to be successfully connected to your Shopify store and for it to be provisioned with an SSL certificate. These are the following:

  • A record:
    • name: @
    • value: 23.227.38.65
  • CNAME record:
    • name: www
    • value: shops.myshopify.com

For third-party domains, you may seek assistance from your domain host’s support team for guidance on checking and editing the DNS records, if necessary. For Shopify domains, you may refer to this guide.

Domains take up to 48 hours to propagate so your domain may still present issues within that time frame. If your domain still doesn’t work properly 48 hours after updating your DNS records, something else may likely be causing the issue and it’s best we access your account to investigate. You may then create a support ticket by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V so we can take a look at your domain and help you fix it.

I had a quick look at your website and I must say, it’s looking great! I just noticed one small thing that I thought I would bring up, to improve the user experience in your store. I went to read your About Us page (I love the story behind your business and the idea of helping fellow moms, by the way!) and noticed there was no way to go back to the homepage, besides clicking the back button on my browser. While that still works, it may not be as obvious to other visitors as it is to me. To help visitors go back to the homepage easily, consider adding a Home button on your main menu. We have a guide on how to do that on this page.
