Hello! I got my first order. i want to ask something. i fulfilled the order from zendrop. but do i also have to do something to my shopify? do i have to select “fulfill item” or “request fulfillment”?

So zendrop and shopify will auto sent the track is to the customer ? And it will fulfill the order automatically in shopify so I will
see it as fulfilled ?

While a service may handle most the fulfillment behaviors you should still do a test behaving as a customer. This means placing a live order and going through entire process end to end viewing it both as customer and merchant to not only confirm the process is working as expected but to familiarize yourself with every part in case of issues.
