I bought a shark blanket at the end of November. I tried getting in touch with the seller twice but heard nothing. Tried going through the refund page on the shopify app but I cannot proceed as the shopify link no longer works. What can I do?

If you have attempted to contact a store that you ordered from to resolve an issue with your order to no avail and 30 days or more have passed you can next contact the payment method you used (PayPal, card issuer, etc) to let them know what has happened.
You can file a dispute for this transaction with your payment method and if the store in question proves to be using Shopify this will also trigger an internal review of that store.
